BC GAME HAS DELETED MY ACCOUNT?????

I have gone to log on today as usual via my Google account and BC Game has generated me a brand new account even though I already had an account with over $300k wagered on it and MANY MANY rewards to claim. I also had over 30k BC Coin which is now nowhere to be seen. I have the username of the account, the deposit address of the account, access to the email address alongside the account but support seem to just be ignoring me! It looks like I'm not the only person this has happened to as I see people posting on here and on twitter about it! Can somebody explain what is going on and resolve this? Everytime I now login via my Google account is makes me a BRAND new account so even if I was to deposit on this new account, I wouldn't be able to access the funds once I have logged out! This needs to be fixed as otherwise you have stolen hundreds of dollars fro me!
