Your live support team is partially made up of very poorly trained customer service representatives. They apparently can't discern begging from normal remarks. I don't know if you are giving them coins for every single little “violation“ they find or what, but that's what it looks like. Giving me detention for running in the hall when i was just walking a little bit faster than usual. I can do their job way better, hire me.
